KoiLog is a private, offline pond logbook. The short version: we collect nothing.
KoiLog does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising SDKs, and no server — the app has no backend at all.
Everything you record (ponds, water tests, koi, photos, tasks, treatments, journal entries) is stored locally on your device. Photos you add stay in the app's local storage. Data leaves your device only if you explicitly export it (CSV export) and choose where to send it.
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. KoiLog never sees your payment information.
Maintenance reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No push-notification service is used.
